The Bank has approved two more holiday homes under Chandigarh Circle . The details are as below:
1. Dharamshala: 4 rooms at HOTEL PONG VIEW, Distr: Kangra (HP)
2. Leh: 5 rooms at HOTEL CHANTSA, SKARA, LEH (operational except 3 months of winter season)
The holiday homes are presently offline and being booked manually by CWC Chandigarh Circle till these are migrated to online through HRMS.
The Indian Banks’ Association (IBA) has picked State Bank of India (SBI) chief CS Setty as its new chairman. The decision was taken during a meeting of the managing committee on March 28, a press release said. Setty will serve as the IBA chairman until the next Annual General Meeting (AGM), leading the grouping that represents the interests of the banking sector.
The committee also elected three deputy chairpersons including A Manimekhalai, MD & CEO, Union Bank of India, Swarup Kumar Saha, MD & CEO, Punjab & Sind Bank and Madhav Nair, Country Head & CEO-India, Bank of Bahrain & Kuwait BSC.
B Ramesh Babu, MD & CEO of Karur Vysya Bank, has been appointed the honorary secretary of the association, the release said.

1. With reference to the captioned subject, we are informed that the fixation of pension on account of 12th BPS has been done in this month.
2. Currently arrear is being paid w.e.f 10.11.2023 onwards and remaining arrear applicable from retirement date to 09.11.2023 will be processed once circular instructions issued post DFS/RBI clearance on pension fixation with 40-50% formula for 12th BPS retirees.
3. Supplementary Gratuity arrears, where eligible, have been paid by HRMS for 12th BPS, in respective branch BGL account. Please contact your Pension Paying Branch.
